Notes:
Black and white picture sleeve with only colour on the shirt Bruce is wearing. Playing 33 1/3 rpm. The so-called 'promo' version is a 100% commercial release with some sort of advertising stamp on the sleeve, and thus is not to be considered a different pressing.
