Notes:
Australian press in pretty standard sleeve. As far as I know, 'promo' copies (for radio and DJ distribution) of this record were standard copies, with a gold 'not for sale' stamp on the rear of the regular sleeve, or also dressed in generic (stamped or not) CBS sleeve. So, from a 'collecting' point of view, one only edition of this single (the commercial one) exists.
