Notes:
European press used for export to most countries that did not press the record by themselves. This entry refers to copies pressed in Holland for external market, marked as MCPS/BIEM (UK market) and coded 31- 651641-1 (live side) and 01- 651641-2 (studio side). Sleeves of MCPS and STEMRA variants are iedntical. 'Promo' version were stickered or stamped commercial releases, so there is no real 'promo' version of this single.
