IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
Black and white die-cut hole CBS sleeve. This is a variant of the type I, but with different labels, and with 17/19 address on sleeve, that makes me think about a later release. The matrix present the 'S', anyway, and sleeves can be changed, so the matter is absolutely not clear…
Type I and II (see apposite entry) have 'meeting….' written on two lines, type III and IV on one line only. Type III and IV are very similar, with the Springsteen name written a little bolder on type III and with the 'LC xxx' code absent on labels of type IV
