Notes:
Colour picture sleeve. There are two different sleeves. They difference is in the font used to write the B-side and, more notably, by the presence or absence of the 'b/w' before the b-side title. Two labels, also : red and yellow/orange. I don't know if there is a relationship between label colour and the 'b/w' presence, by now, I've only seen the 'absent' cover coupled with orange labels.
