Notes:
Laminated colour picture sleeve. Double A side. First copies pressed and distributed with a postcard competition to win concert tickets and were equipped with an overlay sticker with details. Also circulating in die-cut black cbs sleeve with enlarged center hole for juke-box use. Paper label.
