IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
New Zealand. Picture sleeve, but also widely circulating in generic NZ company sleeve. As far as I know, 'promo' copies (for radio and DJ distribution) of this record were standard copies, with paper promo sticker attached on labels, mostly dressed in generic CBS sleeve. So, from a 'collecting' point of view, one only edition of this single (the commercial one) exists. Often the label was also stamped with the release date.
