New Zealand press. Picture sleve curiously not mentioning new zealand…
As far as I know, 'promo' copies (for radio and DJ distribution) of this record were standard copies, with paper promo sticker attached on labels, mostly dressed in generic CBS sleeve. So, from a 'collecting' point of view, one only edition of this single (the commercial one) exists. Often the label was also stamped with the release date. An example of sticker can be found in the lower right corner of the picture below.
