Notes:
In 1976 US and Canada reissued for the "Hall Of Fame" series two A-sides in die-cut "Hall Of Fame" logo sleeve. It was common believing that red labels were used for USA and blue for canada, but I recently discovered that the common (not too common, really) canadian blue labels were used only for the 'disque d'or' edition, a parallel serie similar to the american 'collectibles'. But red labels HALL OF FAME genuine canadian copies were pressed, and they are pretty rare.
