Notes:
Standard European release. Colour picture sleeve. The countries that did not press the vinyl by themselves imported it from Holland in most cases. Large hole version was probably used for jukebox. This entry refers to the items pressed in Holland for external market, marked MCPS/BIEM (UK market) and coded 31-657890-04 on label and sleeve.
