Many descriptions and information are taken from the greatest site about Bruce
Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
Holland, which pressed the European release of the single, also printed, for unknown reasons, a slightly different sleeve with the artist name written in upper part of the cover and not in the lower part. I don't know if large hole edition is always associated to the 'upper' type of sleeve, but it seems so.
