Notes:
Pressed in Holland only; again in limited quantities of around 300 copies each. Came with picture sleeve similar to "Dead man walking" but with different writings and fonts.
This is the very last Springsteen single ever released commercially on 7-inch vinyl anywhere in the world. Red label. Circulating in both large and small hole version, but the record is the same, and has been released in cut/uncut version.
