IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
Recently surfaced white label pre-promo copy of the palyback edition. It is currently unknown how many copies were printed, for which reason and if the other playback editions had this kind of pre-release too. Bookleat for this edition was different and carried a picture of bruce and the band on cover.
