Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
As for the first album, we find the KC, PC, and JC pressings (in that order). Probably the PC version came in white and cream title lettering, too.
