Springsteen official discography, which, just in case you didn't know, is LOST
IN THE FLOOD; so, be sure to consult it, too. It is really a great site.
Notes:
You can find it in the orange or black CBS sleeve, both marked from Peru'.
Two main variants exixts.
Variant "1" is the not-standard orange overprinted label.
Variant "2" is the standard "CBS DISCOS" label in orange yellow.
Both circulating in black or orange peruvian cbs sleeves.
Variant "2a" has, on side B,
PINK CADILLAC (El Cadillac Rosa) on the same line
Matrix for type "2" are
Matrix a : CBS 1308 A V.R.S.U.
Matrix b : CBS 1308 B V.R.S.U.
Another useful way of districating between version is to observe how title (T), translation (t) and artist name (A) are printed on A and B sides
Vesrion 2a is:
