UK promotional release, issued in plain white paper sleeve in time with NME’s "The Last Temptation Of Elvis" charity album. Picture labels with black and white drawings of Bruce and Paul McCartney. Originally came with a promo letter from NME editor (and album producer) Roy Carr. Reported to be a limited edition 500 copies and actually very hard to spot out.
